For Candidates (Job Seekers):

  • Candidates must comply with applicable labor regulations and contractual obligations.

We do not act as an employer or agent for any party. Our Services facilitate hiring and job searching but do not guarantee results.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content") and our trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks") are either owned by or licensed to us. Indemnification is capped at £10,000.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

  • Binding arbitration will resolve disputes in London, England.
