  • Employers must comply with all applicable employment and labor laws.

For Candidates (Job Seekers):

  • Candidates are responsible for providing accurate information in their profiles and applications.

  • We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

  • Candidates must comply with applicable labor regulations and contractual obligations.

We do not act as an employer or agent for any party. Our Services facilitate hiring and job searching but do not guarantee results.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content") and our trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks") are either owned by or licensed to us. These are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for internal business purposes only.

8. INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY LIMITS

Indemnification is capped at £10,000.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Binding arbitration will resolve disputes in London, England.

  • You waive any right to class-action lawsuits.
